About Alfred Dunhill Links Foundation (“Alfred Dunhill Links Foundation”) and these Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of Alfred Dunhill Links Foundation websites and mobile applications (together the “Platforms”). In these Terms of Use, we use the term Alfred Dunhill Links Foundation (and “we”, “us” and “our”) to refer to the head office of Alfred Dunhill Links Foundation at the registered address below. About our hosting services

Hosting Services for our website is provided by AWS EMEA SARL (No.FC034225) , 1 Principal Place, London, Worship Street, EC2A 2FA which is located in the United Kingdom.

Mobile applications may be hosted by us or by other companies and you should refer to the relevant conditions of such other company.

Our Platforms

Our Platforms are made available free of charge. We do not guarantee that our Platforms, or any content on them, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our Platforms for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.

Our privacy policy

Our information collection practices on the Platforms, such as the types of information we collect regarding visitors to the Platforms and the ways in which we may use that information, shall be governed by the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Use of materials on the Platforms

Alfred Dunhill Links Foundation has created its various Platforms to provide information about its company and associated entities for your personal use. Accordingly, Alfred Dunhill Links Foundation cannot be held liable for any apparent differences in the information provided on the Platforms.

Alfred Dunhill Links Foundation does not authorise linking to any of its Platforms from a third party platform without its express prior written authorisation.

You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. Viruses

We do not guarantee that our Platforms will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without reference to conflict of laws provisions and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in relation to the Terms of Use, including the validity, invalidity, breach or termination thereof, shall be litigated, adjudicated or arbitrated as appropriate in accordance with said Terms of Use. Where the laws of England and Wales are different to the mandatory consumer laws in your own country, we will afford you with similar protection.
